I ordered this pen while there was a postal strike happening, and it gave me peace of mind to know that I had the shipping guarantee given the unstable times. For like $2 I'd say you can't go wrong.

I do wish the guarantee was just part of the shipping costs, given that most of what is being shipped is glass, but still, with our Canadian weather, it's nice to know replacements won't be difficult if needed.

Shipping rates are already astronomical. I live within a 25 km radius of Markham and still have to pay $25 for shipping! At that rate a shipping guarantee should be included
