The ink is fine. But the purchase experience is toooooooooo bad. They have buy 2 get 1 free, but it charged me original price. They also have promotion like free calligraphy ink with any purchase, but I didn't find where to put the code. When I tried to click checkout button, the order placed without any confirmation. I would like to change/cancel the order, but found nowhere to contact immediately. (No phone number and NO web UI design for order changing feature) The only way is email, but they replied after the order shipped out. Then I would like to return it, but they showed me the return policy said inks are not returnable. They could refund me the price for 1 bottle, which the only option I could make. Then I got the refund without tax. When I recalculated the tax of the order, I finally realized they also put tax on shipping $25 and the shipping guarantee. Could u believe these happened together on just one order? Be really careful if you wanna make order! They just have NO customer service!

Colour VERY dependent on paper used.

I'm hoping it's just because I used 160 gsm paper, but when swatched with a brush the ink is very chocolate brown, which I didn't expect. Same with the other 2 inks I got hoping for a nice December theme in my journal. I mixed it with some yellow, though, and got a decent tan colour when I tried ink bubbles for the 1st time. The vibrant green ink was confusing, until it dried. Haha

Rich, Pigmented Ink

This is a lovely color. I wanted a deep, chestnut brown ink and this filled the bill. The rich, brown hue fades to a warm apricot when diluted. I use my ink for my artwork and this is a beautiful and desirable color combination. Very pretty!
