Doesn't write. Bad flow. Very cheaply made. Customer service is basically non-existent.

The order was easy & delivery quick. The pen is as described and I love the nib. Not much of a fan of the properly plastic feel, when holding it. I prefer a little weight in my pens if they have a thicker shaft, which this one does. Nothing wrong with the pen, just my preference.

My son loves light weight fountain pen with smooth nib. Although he had a Kaweco already, after trying my my carousel, he immediately asking to have it. And he promised that he will practice his hand writing and show me some neat and tidy homework.

How can I resist? So I bought him his own carousel.

He kept his promise. He keeps showing me his neat and tidy hand writing and keeps asking me to refill his pen with different color of ink

The pen itself writes very well, very lightweight and smooth. The barrel did crack after a month, however, the costumer service was very prompt to replace it for me.

I wasn’t expecting a stellar experience with this pen, simply because of what I’d consider it’s entry-/mid-level price. However, the nib is very smooth, and I’m delighted with the construction and the colour! This is an excellent fountain pen!

I love this brand but I haven't had the best experience with the fountain pens. I bought 4 in total, 2 Carousel (1M1F), 2 Brush Pens (1M1F). One Brush Pen arrived defective, and this Teal Carousel pen with medium nib's plastic barrel cracked after 3 weeks of casual use (the other one is fine and I used that more).

The build quality on these pens seems like a hit and miss. I will give credit to the customer support as they were very kind to replace the pen (the whole pen for Carousel and parts for the Brush Pen), but at these price points, I don't believe I should be reaching out for replacements to begin with.

The teal color is beautiful and the pen itself does write smoothly. The charger has a little ball inside to shake up the shimmer, which I think it's a nice touch.

In the end, I want to love the pen, but the experience just hasn't been the best, which is unfortunate.
