Straight Up Magical

I don't usually pair inks with similarly-coloured shimmers, but I think I'm going to have to reconsider. Crystal Blue Legacy's bright blue shimmer sets off the deeper navy of the base ink beautifully, and together the two components feel so 'of a piece' that it's easy to forget anything has been added to the ink, and you're not just writing with some sort of natively-shining fluid. I've been working on a fantasy novella for my publisher, and this has been the perfect colour to really put me in the right mindset.

A good, bright(ish) everyday blue.

I purchased this ink for an “everyday” colour at work. It’s a lovely deep blue, with the slightest hint of warmth to differentiate itself from a traditionally cool tones blue-black ink. I adore that this is true deep blue, and not a blue-black.

A nice blue/navy

This is a nice navy ink. Bit more on the blue side, but still dark and moody. I haven’t really had any shimmer come through so it’s lacking excitement to write with, but all in all a solid ink.

Beautiful but the shine is not as strong

Beautiful deep blue, however the shimmer is not strong and so difficult to see.
Gorgeous packaging as always.
