Leather Stationery Collection - The Pendant Folio A5 / Light Blue

The book part is a tight fit, which can be a problem for anyone with hand issues. It is a very nice bag, though. Travelling with it is easy and it can fit in my backpack if needed.

Note, the 1 star is rating for customer support, not the Leather Folio.

I ordered the Folio as part of Leather Folio Bundle to take advantage of promo for product launch of expensive new pen wanted to try before sold out, that if bought during launch as part of bundle made high price more economically feasible as got the pen free, and $20 gift card.

I originally placed order Jan 3rd, lucked out that offer included lovely new colour of brush pen style prefer, but something went wrong with order. Shipping showed inactive wrong format of tracking, no way to follow-up, suspected not able to ship because of, reached out to customer support only way can, through email, and as FWP sadly become known for, long time before heard back, wrong information, finally they "got it", looked into, and advised that damaged in shipping and "fulfillment" looking into fulfilling.

Almost 3 weeks later, still not received update or original order, but still hopeful, as know all works out in end, but not worth effort takes to sometimes.

That being said, this expensive bag looks like has some lovely features, including size to fit standard sketch book, logo, classic design, that not go out of style.

I would have preferred the dark green or blue, but unfortunately, for some strange reason, FWP did not offer those colours with convenient shoulder strap, only wrist strap, which rather useless for purpose.

I am now ordering pen alone instead, with another promotion, and will request this order cancelled, as really prefer pen, that will use and enjoy for lifetime of pleasure, and bag luxury not need and not likely to get use out of in my real life now and our challenging economic environment makes economically foolish.

Someone else no doubt will enjoy bag, Hopefully, wasn't really damaged in transit, as that would be avoidable unfortunate expensive waste, that ultimately gets covered by customers with increased prices.
