Dusk in Blooming Fabulous

Love this colour! At first glance at the bottle one thinks it is a bit dark. However, add this lovely shade to your paper and watch the light bloom. What a lovely shade of periwinkle...or wait is it a soft violet...or perhaps a light purple like the throat of an iris....it depends on the lighting. This one is blooming fabulous!
